These terms cover your use of AI Academy by Chris Parsons. It is run by chrismdp ltd, Chris Parsons's company. When we say "we" or "us", we mean chrismdp ltd.
What this is
A survey platform for a training programme that Chris Parsons runs for your employer. You use it to answer surveys before and after the programme, and for exercises during it.
Using it
- Use it only for your own responses. Do not sign in as anyone else or answer for them.
- Do not try to reach anyone else's answers, or to break the platform.
- In the AI playground, do not type personal details or anything confidential about your employer.
Your answers
Your answers are yours. You let us use them to run the programme and to report to your employer, including each person's answers, as the privacy policy explains. We keep them for 12 months after the final survey of your programme closes, then delete them.
No warranty
We provide the platform as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the platform or from not being able to use it.
Changes
We may change these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the platform after a change, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
